TRAILER WARRANTY POLICY

R. J. COX COMPANY extends to the original purchaser only a limited warranty on each Cox Trailer as follows;

Should any Cox Trailer prove to be defective in material or workmanship under normal service and use, within a period of THREE (3) Years (One year on the HD Construction trailer 825BT models) from the date of delivery to the original purchaser, and if such unit or part shall appear to be defective upon inspection by factory personnel, said part will be repaired or replaced, without charge to the original purchaser. All defective parts shall be returned to R. J. COX COMPANY with complete transportation charges PAID BY THE PURCHASER.

HOT DIPPED GALVANIZED SNOWMOBILE TRAILER- Corrosion Warranty

R. J. Cox Co. Warrants that all Hot Dipped Galvanized Trailer parts will be free of Rust Perforation due to corrosion for a period of TEN (10) years from the date of delivery to the original purchaser. Perforation means a rust-through condition, such as an actual hole in a Galvanized metal part. Cosmetic or surface corrosion (due to scratches in the Galvanized coating for example) would not be repaired under this coverage. Trailer will be returned to R. J. COX CO. for inspection of a rust-through condition, after inspection by factory personnel, said unit will be repaired without charge to the original purchaser.

At least once a year ( in the Spring ), you should thoroughly rinse the underside of the trailer with plain water. Take care to clean well any areas where mud and other debris can collect.

This warranty and guarantee does not obligate R. J. COX CO. to bear the cost of labor in replacement or repair of such defective parts. R. J. COX CO. makes no warranty or guarantee with respect to purchased component parts. Such parts are subject to warranty of their respective manufacturer. this warranty shall be void where equipment has been subject to MISUSE, NEGLECT, ALTERATION, ACCIDENT, ABUSE, LACK OF MAINTENANCE, OR WHERE REPAIR PARTS HAVE NOT BEEN MANUFACTURED OR SUPPLIED BY R. J. COX CO.

This warranty cancels any VERBAL WARRANTY whether expressed or implied. Our obligation under this warranty is limited to replacement of such defective parts, if any, and does not cover consequential damage to property or persons.

R. J. COX COMPANY reserves the right to make changes and/or improvements on its products at any time with express understanding that such changes and/or improvements do not impose R. J. COX COMPANY to install same changes on previously manufactured COX TRAILERS.
